Yes, Airzone offers a warranty on its products, with the following terms and conditions:

3-year warranty on electronic parts, starting from the invoice date.
5-year warranty on grilles, diffusers and motorized dampers, also from the invoice date.
If a part is replaced during the warranty period, the new part inherits the remaining warranty period of the original part, without a new warranty period being started.

For products purchased before the indicated date, the applicable warranty period was 3 years for all components.

It is important to bear the following in mind:

The warranty covers only the parts supplied by Airzone. It does not include the labor associated with the installation, removal or replacement of the parts.
If you are an end user, the warranty must be processed through the authorized installer who carried out the installation of the Airzone system. That installer will be responsible for performing the relevant checks and, where applicable, managing the replacement of the covered components.
Labor is not covered by the Airzone warranty, and any cost will depend on the conditions agreed between the end user and the installer. Therefore, the intervention may or may not entail an additional cost for the end user, depending on that agreement.
