This incident doesn't allow you to measure the AC unit’s consumption. To resolve this issue,
make the following checks:

1. Signal range of the device: Check the signal range of the meter with the main control board;
to do so, check the LED on the meter. If it is not in signal range (red LED), bring the
meter closer to the main control board. If it recovers communications, it will be necessary to
relocate it because it was out of range.
2. Status of the consumption meter: Check that the power supply is correct.
