The dampers open and close, but the unit does not start

If, when switching zones on and off, the dampers operate correctly and LED D6 of the control board switches on and off, but the unit does not start, proceed as follows:

Check that the unit's control panel is connected to the Airzone communication gateway or to the A/C unit, depending on the model of gateway connected (Datasheet).

If the connection is correct according to the datasheet of your gateway, check that the A/C unit is working properly. To do this, disconnect the communication gateway from the system and control the unit from the manufacturer's thermostat.

If the unit does not respond despite being disconnected from the Airzone system, contact the manufacturer of the unit.

If the unit does start and stop when controlled by its own remote, reconnect the unit control gateway. Then check that the system has detected the gateway. To do this, access the information menu of the master thermostat and check that a gateway appears in the devices menu.

If a unit gateway appears, the system correctly detects the gateway, so communication with the system is correct. If, despite this, the unit still does not start, check the wiring from the gateway to the unit.

Check the compatibility of your unit with the Airzone unit gateway: Is my A/C unit compatible with the Airzone system? Also that the unit's remote is compatible and that there is no configuration to be made (in the gateway datasheet and/or the compatibility configurator)

Check the self-diagnostic LEDs of your communication gateway with the unit (Datasheet).
